Think yourself lucky to get $50.

I have lost £3600 ($8000) there, and my reward for such "loyalty" was to be REMOVED from their bonus list altogether.

Your experience of treatment of loyal players is not exceptional, it is the norm for them.

A casino that valued players would have asked for proof you received the offer as $200, and would have made up the difference if you could send the proof. In effect, they would take the hit for their own mistake, and not expect the player to.
They could have recovered the mistake by not sending you the next couple of vouchers, and you would not feel so hard done by.

Their argument over $150 with 30x WR on slots could end up costimg them $1000s in future deposits.
Their argument with ME over being told I am not valued enough to take part in what was available for "everyone" has probably cost them several TENS of thousands in gross deposits over the year and a bit that followed (possibly even 100K+ given what their offers and promotions were).
