I sent the documents requested yesterday. The email wasn't returned so I know

Still no action so I called support because the live chat was disabled on thier website (whether it was just my browser or everyone I do not have a clue, cookies?)
I was told they didn't receive them because the file was too large.

I was told to resend them and call back.
Why is getting a withdrawal from these people like going to the dentist?
They happily take your money and then you have to jump through hoops like a trained dog if you want any back.
