Welcome to the forum - I use a net spend Visa - I also have a Master Card - but not all the casinos will take mastercard. I have a Quick Tender account for withdrawls ( QT is by invitation only - but most casinos will give you the invite just have to ask) The net spend cards are @ most check cashing places. I dont know much about the deposit options you mentioned.
