I managed the same thing at Paradise 8 in February; took a $10 free-chip, worked it up to the min/max cashout figure of $100 (actually got to $236 at one point, but knew I couldn't withdraw it so high-rolled it away!
)
I made the necessary deposit and cashed out - the money was in my Neteller account within 48hrs.
Although Sloto seems to use slightly different banking to all the other Rivals, I reckon you should have no problems.
