Now i've the feeling, that they want only waste my time, because now i've got a 2nd mail, after i sending them an email with all exact datas frommy moneybookers deposit, incl. the Reference ID, but now the support told me, that he have nothing received in my last mail, so i should send them again the screenshot.
But i don't know why, because i've written them all my details from the moneybookers deposit, so they should now have all informations, to see, that i've made a deposit on my account!

Okay, i've got now an email, that they've locaterd my deposit and it should be in my account within the next 10 minutes, so it should all be fine

Okay, now are about 20 minutes away and nothing happened

40 Minutes ago and nothing happens!

Now is one hour ago and as i asked the customer service, why my money isn't yet in my account, they told me only, it will be in it shortly!

First i was told 10 minutes and now after 1 hour i was told shortly, but how long is in UK shortly?
