I've got now finally an answer from the support, but although i've sent them an screenshot from my moneybookers deposit, they ask me, whit which company i've sent them the money and how much.
Can't they see my screenshot, or aren't they able to open a jpeg file?
i hope this issue can be solved soon, because it's the only casino, which have so fast payouts (always within 1 hour or less!) for european members.
