Is this the first time you have played at Bodog?

The reason I ask is because it's possible that the money is sitting in your sportsbook balance. You have to manually move it from the sportsbook to the casino after you make a deposit, even if you made the deposit from within the casino.

If this isn't the case, you should probably send them proof that the money was deducted from your Moneybookers account.
