1. Who is eligible for this promotion ? Anyone who is a member at casinomeister ? Do we have to have signed up to betfair using a casinomeister affiliate code ?
2. Is your "link here...." bit working ? Doesn't appear to be a link for me ?!
3. In the top part of the email you say existing players must email

In the bottom part you state existing players must email
Casino.Promotions@betfair.com
There is a dot in the second email address that isn't there in the first, is one right and one wrong ?
