Despite this glowing report of their integrity, they got the thumbs down from the UK Gambling Commission. If they can address this, they will have far more credibility internationally, which will then make it a good deal harder for Canadian government entities to make a move against them (a lot of pissed off international businesses and players, where the activity is perfectly legal, if not regulated yet, in their home countries).
NO authority can use moral grounds for a ban unless this ban includes ALL online gambling, and does not waive "moral standards" for a few "protected" operations, such as the race tracks.
