3Dice allow players from all states, and pay them very quickly too!
The only downside if you are a slots player is that they don't have many to chose from, but those they do have are pretty cool! You do have to watch the high variance on most of them though.

I really like the chat feature & the tournaments there too, and as soon as I finish milking Ladbrokes I may drop in...
