But I would give myself better odds of coming out of 1925 Cicero alive after casually driving through than I would for some of the neighborhoods controlled by the FARC, the Bloods, the Crips, the Mara Salvatrucha, Nuevo Laredo or any other of the vicious gangs, cartels and smuggler run towns which that particular war on a concept has produced.
