After speaking to a more than friendly and helpful GoneGambling management earlier today, the prevailing issue was not the fact that spam had taken place, and even to a certain extant the fact that GoneGambling was mentioned (as terrible as it is for use as credibility), but the fact that communication between casino and affiliate was lacking.
I am sorry to say, as the front line representative of Prime, this getting to the point it did on assumption of communication from one of our agents. It is apparent that e-mail communication was attempted, but on non-receipt by GG, that is where it ended, from both sides, where personal numbers were available to each.
In the 2 batches of spam mail that were sent, the first including GG and the second not. Of the first I cannot find mention of Prime with the limited 1st mailer resources I have available, and everything I see/download points to
RTG (I will not specify who). Where in the second instance it was clear and ban of account took place.
This issue is now dealt with, however, on finding further revealing info I will be sure to let everyone know. Any tabs to be taken by affiliate managers starting out - where it is too big to deal with, call your people on the phone in voice, or go to superiors who will do so for you.
Best regards,
