I wouldn't assume they're trying to screw you. It's possible, but unlikely. I'm dealing with them on other issues and so far they don't strike me as that kind of outfit.
So, the point is, they had issue with your documents. Seems to me you'd want to talk to them to find out what you need to do to give them what they need. Have you tried that approach yet?
FWIW, I happen to know they're reading these threads so if you're willing to meet them in the middle I'll bet they'd be do the same.
Bottom line: if you want your cash give them the documentation they need. Otherwise the issue is DOA.
