I'm sure this wasn't done intentionally, but they need to know that, with all past experiences on online casinos, we feel nervous when we are promised money on one date(written) and we don't get it. Its like you going to the bank to withdraw your local account and the teller says:
"...This takes 48 hours after all .....is settled... However it has been taking longer than expected...I apologize for the inconvenience....I cant give a time as it would be a guess, however likely to be by tommorrow."
See what i mean? Money is money, in whatever quantity has to be treated seriously.
