The CASINO 25% is a different promo, and should have been credited on the 25th. What went wrong was that the wrong amount was credited to some accounts not in the US Dollar.
If not resolved now, it will be Monday before the team dealing with this are back.
Thankfully, this is the last week of this promo, and I hope they refrain from running this type of event again UNTIL they have sorted out all the problems.
They seem to have a heart though, I have just received a record breaking 100% up to £300 bonus offer for the weekend
This is far in excess of the usual weekend bonuses, and may have been designed as a retention step. Perhaps they read my earlier post
