This happened to me also, so I resurrected the old thread in complaints. What gets me mad is the fact that CS promised to do something about it as son as I spotted, but then nothing was done, and today I find that there is nothing even noted on my account about this problem.
AGAIN, I have been promised action, and it is now morning in OZ, so I expect them to be working on these problems now, but so far I have heard nothing, and it is now 11:30 in the morning, and the relevant department have been working for 2 and a half hours. Should they mess up again though, it will be the weekend, and the problems will then sit around unresolved for an additional two days.
Even if they come good on this today, this is still only a 50% performance rate, and taking into account the fact this is a KNOWN issue from when it happend last week, they should now be familiar enough with it to simply correct the affected accounts without needing to "investigate" all over again.
I won't be depositing any more THIS week, I will make do with the points I already have towards the big bet blast lucky draw, and will just play off the lower amount they have credited & see if I can win anything back off it, so I at least have the chance of making a withdrawal if lucky, which I can deposit elsewhere, such as Ladbrokes to "pop" that &*^$$ TI Fruitie that has been giving me grief this week.
Well, blow me - they have already corrected the balance, I just haven't been told by Email. I had to fire up my gambling PC to check. I did this as I realised I would miss the opportunity to get anything done if I left it till the morning, which would be too late for the Aussie marketing team, who would already be off for the weekend.
I suggest contacting them right now, and getting this passed to marketing while they still have around half the working day left.
