Thanks for the advice big cheese, did a long bit of researching there and I have come up with:

They are licensed in St. Vincents an the Grenadines
The software provider is DGN (digital gaming network)

They offer a franchise to set up your own site and this is why I'm interested you see. What exactly do you mean by a clipshot joint?
