I remember MoneyBookers requested notarized copy of my ID, and local notary (got first name from Yellow Pages) charged me 5 EUR. I do not think it can be much more in your country/jurisdiction? Or may be local municipality can apostilize your ID copies instead (should be at no charge)?
In any case, annoying as it may be, the last email you quoted on this thread is so much more 'positive' than the previous ones
While originally they just dismissed you, with 'account closed, get out of the way', in the last one they seem to be prepared to reconsider the situation. Did I get it right?
