After looking closer at my deposit and withdrawal history, I realised that I wasn't paid as per their statement

2. When you last logged in, you had either
(a) a pending withdrawal or
(b) an account balance greater than the minimum withdrawal amount

So I mailed them back asking about it, and behold, today I got another 100GBP from them to my NETeller account. I guess they still have some money in reserve after all.
I felt as they were dividing the remainder of their funds, but I guess they're still keeping some of it..
