Been trying a lot of the Rival casinos, so made a deposit at Davinci's gold last night since i had an itch to play scary rich. well, my bonus was not credited and i'm sure i clicked the button... Their entire customer service was offline... no chat.... no phone...nothing. Waited a little, though i know i should have waited until cs was available, but i deposited to play, not wait (know what i mean? lol) Played scary rich, didn't do too well, that's ok. But the abscence of cs left me a little disappointed. A simple chat would have fixed the problem.
I sent an e-mail about the cs issue to their staff. Woke up this morning to an e-mail saying my bonus was manually credited even though i played and lost my deposit. Just thought that was nice since they didn't have to do anything. It was my fault for not waiting, but when you gotta play, you gotta play.
So far my experience at all the rivals have been pretty good. Pantasia requested docs for my withdrawal and that process was done very quickly though i guess ach's still take a while.
Not sure how the rivals do the bonus thing because they all have such different bonuses with different wr. The last one i used at thisisvegas was a hard one with more restrictions, so i tried another rival and they had better terms. It's confusing because i know the rivals are in groups but the casinos in the same group can be totally different with different managers or reps.
Anyway, it was a chance for Davinci's to either leave a player disappointed or to keep the player happy... and they kept me happy. (the wr will be hard since scary rich is on a downswing for me, but i just like to play.
