This is no good at all if you use an ewallet such as Neteller, as the Email address given to the casino has to be the one that Neteller hold for you, so the casino HAS to be given the "real" one, and not a "spamtrap" one.
Even where the casino can let you register your Neteller Email separately from the one you want them to contact you on, they STILL have to have your Neteller one, and now KNOW it's your "good" one and worth far more to a buyer than the one you ask to be used for communications with them.
If you get spam on the ewallet Email, you STILL would not be able to tell which of the casinos who had it, sold or passed it on.
The only way around this would be for ewallets to use a different method of routeing payments that do not involve the third party having your working Email address, but having some kind of reference that can be used only to pay monies into your ewallet, and not used to spam you on.
