To be brutally honest, you'll never get them to stop spamming you...They're rogues. The off the wall ones are just a 'storefront'..the only links on those will be to download Gold VIP Club.
Seeing as how
RTG is rogue in itself, unfortunately there's no place to report them...
RTG could care less what their licensees do...hell, they don't even care if players get paid.
