I think cash outs on a win are simple, a player who wins should be able to cash out at least 50% of their total win the first day (after all you did win) and the other 50% the next week at latest.

Not to sound harsh but I totally disagree, it is complete bullshit that a casino can accept all deposits and not payout the full win amount, players deposits should not finance payouts over time, your credit card company charges you interest when you go over your grace period, do the casino's pay interest when they go over 21 or 30 days, NO. I firmly believe that all casino software providers should have some form of legislation that the casino operators have enough reserves to pay ALL wins......In a perfect world of course, at least there is one provider that demands this of their operators.
