Yeah but I have a feeling for this person to have hit one per week (on average) that they were betting big. I've never hit one at all, and I've placed bets of 0.20, 0.40, 1.00, 2.00, 5.00, 10.00, 20.00, and even 100.00 a few times (waaaay back in the day, before the UIGEA, before my luck went away
)... although I try to stick to video poker at iNetBet these days unless I'm playing the manager bonus.
