Thank you very much. Also, to the others who have private messaged me, and suggested complaining to Gibraltar regarding the layout of the terms, and what VWM in particular has posted in this thread about the term being excisable.
I will absolutely be pursuing a case with Gibraltar over this issue unless their representative sees the light and pays me what I am owed.
