There are third party funders that can do that, such as Neteller, Click2Pay, EWallet (Navahoe)/Express, Moneybookers, etc. but the only one doing business with USA membership is EWallet. I don't think Neteller is okay for Canada anymore.

These funders have to have your account set up with them ahead of time...you fund to them via your checking account, and the bingo/casino site links to them to verify immediately when you deposit at the gambling site, so the sites never have your personal info in their database.
