this are very serious accusations and I will do my best to find out what happened - but please be aware that I am the bwin Casino representative and the sportsbook division is not related to me at all, so I have to forward this case to the sportsbook people in charge.
please do also keep in mind that because of the Christmas holidays andanswer and possible solution may take up to 1 week at the moment. but I can assure you that we want people to win - they are the best publicity for a "gaming with stakes" operator and bwin as a public company tries to be as transparent and trustworthy as possible. what happened to you is exactly what we do NOT want, but maybe it was a simple mistake.
I will keep you in the loop and get back to you as soon as possible - I hope you can still enjoy Christmas and I wish you a happy and very lucky new year.
