Until playtech gives a clear answer to this i think the whole playtech platform should be roqued.

Please Brian, roque the whole Playtech platform.. noone can be satisfied with putting money to a platform with no guarantees to back their money!

Other platforms provide this kind of security to players, and this little but oh so important security is what separetes the best from the others ;-)
Well, it is obviously a Playtech problem

Of course, this may just be another stalling tactic, putting Playtech into the frame as the reason for the holdup.

This pretty closely mirrors what happened at Action Online earlier this year, support there could sometimes be contacted, but they were just there to offer excuses, as all along the casino was going bust.

I don't buy "moving in the last couple of weeks", it seems far longer than this, with problems predating Frank's last appearance a month and a half ago to explain all of this. They simply cannot "still be moving" now!

Playtech should now be considered as rogue as RTG, and only those Playtech entities accredited here should be trusted. Perhaps we should have a Playtech list here as we do for RTG.

I personally believe that there is a serious problem here, not just them moving offices and processors, which would have been done very quickly, and with minimum disruption considering how important this is to the continued smooth operation of the business.
I expect they are in such trouble that they cannot get the services of any processor, and that it was their last processor that gave THEM the push, not the other way round. As for Playtech having to "change the confirmation of the casino", this looks like BS, as Playtech clearly have very much a "hands off" approach to how each casino is run. Action Online didn't think of this excuse when they went bust, and if this was a genuine Playtech policy it would have featured then.
