Having just had the breather maybe i should have posted the run up to this conversation in that it has been going on for 3 weeks now and i have repeatedly told them that i work during the weeks so cannot speak to emma during the week she has promised the emails and never does.
The only reason that i have been threatened with the chat ban is that they refuse to answer the question of whether partial withdrawals are possible or not and to ban you from chat because they wont answer a yes or no question seems farcical to me.
Is it just me or does it seem suspicious that they will not answer the question and in the end marie just dissapeared from the chat and alison took over.
