Bodog and credit reporting
Collection dept from bodog just email me about a final notice about the debt I owe 968 dollars. I recently had problems with nucharge and bodog for the past 6 months and haven't been resoloved. Nucharge refunded me the money long time ago and bodog stated that it a charge back and nucharge taken it out of my bodog account. I tried to talk to nucharge back then but they always hang up on me and wouldn't talk to me. I have email my bank statement and haven't heard from them. Thought all been taken care of it. Now they are saying my debt will be reported. Can they do that? I told them that I will not pay and I do not owe this debt and all been paid by credit card. At this point I don't know what to do. I don't want them mess up my credit. Can anyone help? Thanks.
