River Belle not paying - NOT a memory of Feb 07???
OK - folks River Belle is NOT a memory of Feb 07. Today I have received all funds due. It did take 20 days (15 business days). In fact River Belle gave me quite a substantial CASH comp. Much better service if you whine hard enough than in the past but they have got to learn to quit letting the customer service reps send out emails that just can't hold to the terms stated. Again if they set the proper expectations on the frontside they won't have to deal with the crap on the backside. I believe this is true for all casinos!!! Why can't they just learn????? Anyway John the Bellerock rep - I thank you for all your help!!
