River Belle not paying - memory of Feb 07???
I like playing at River Belle....hits have always been good. But....getting paid is harder than the other casinos. John the Bellerock rep here is great! He should be running the VIP services. John is the only one that seems to communicate not only timely but with conviction to find out what is really going on! I only wish VIP services would communicate the real information versus letting support send form emails that set payment reflect dates that are never met! We are US citizens and we certainly know the problems but quit sending emails and setting the expectation as to when monies should be received and of course never are. It would be better to just send "Congrats.....we sent your payment to the processor and don't know when you will receive it...maybe in 7 days maybe in 107 days." That would be easier than constantly getting lied to. No expectations.......No losses!!!
