WR. I'm using $0.40 bets, no more, no less... on slots only just to be safe. It does appear from the T&C blurb at the bottom of the insert that video poker is allowed, but I'm not taking my chances.
So far I think the casino itself seems pretty nice, but they must be new because there's no affiliate program link on their web site. Checking out their affiliate program is a good way to see what group they are part of, but they have no such link on their web site.
They are at least honest enough to admit who they are and where they are located. Since they're out of Cyprus and not Costa Rica, and considering that they obviously already have my info (name & address), I figured it was worth a shot to try the free $50 bonus. The slots are not completely Hooveresque yet. If I do manage to survive the
