When I wrote the terms and conditions and rules for a casino I ran, I had a dispute tab that had a link here to Casinomeister and to the
RTG goverening body at the time. I think that all casinos should have a dispute/ grievance section as part of their rules. It would be nice if players pushed their casinos where they play to help guide players to the places that can help them, that they may not know about. When I worked for an Evil family of casinos, we did a survey of our players and found out that the majority of our players were playing in 6 or more casinos a week, and this % has held true in other places I have been, so most players it was not there "First" time in a casino that they got screwed, maybe just the first time they got screwed by that casino.
