Were this to relate to the casino side of things then this would be an RTG infringement, not a Bodog one. My bet is that this relates to sports betting, reference the quote:

Basically we don't know the whole story yet and shouldn't necessarily take the comments of third party editorial and industry observers out of context or at face value until the full facts are known.
