Been struggling for months here now, with Gala Casino & Coral - their bonus codes haven't worked for ages...and you get all sorts of answers from staff. Some tell you to enter the code, then will be added later. So you do, losing loads - then they tell you that you must have never entered it. Some insist they cant credit it manually - but then you read on the net how other people's accounts have been.
