If you have a controlled account you can still receive $5 from a business account, however you cannot send TO a business account, which probably means you cannot directly use the service to deposit at a casino.

I don't see Thailand in the list for controlled accounts though, so this may well not apply.

Apart from this, is it absurd that you have to beg $5 from another account holder in order to sign up. Normally, verification entails them making a very small credit to one of your bank accounts, and you having to verify both receipt, and the exact amount.

Maybe you can persuade a casino to give you the $5 - tell them you cannot deposit until you have completed this procedure due to rules imposed by ePassporte.

The PM problem with Mystic may be due to her mailbox being full, and if Mystic sees this, could she go into her profile and check there is space for new PMs.
