Correct! and did it take me AGES to drag that admission from them!!! I had 9 MONTHS of BS and buck passing, but it transpired that while Neteller insist they CANNOT "decline" a payment into a player account from a merchant (casino), this is not completely true, as if the MERCHANT (casino) has NSF, Neteller will not credit the funds to the player, worse there is NO PROPER ERROR TRAP for this kind of incident, and records show the transaction as having gone through unless you LOOK PROPERLY (directed at you casinos, don't just pass the buck to Neteller via the player, check that the NT code is an accept code, not a decline code)
