The response given by the casino rep on the live chat is the most "utterly total bullshit" response I have ever heard.

This group of Virtual Casinos gets worse by the hour...

Note to the forum webmaster who posted this...

You should have removed ALL of the casinos in this "group of thieves" long before now... had you done even the slightest bit of research... you would have known that these are "ROGUE CASINOS"... and you wouldn't have subjected your members to all of these problems they are now having.
