Thank you very much for letting me know about that typo mistake. I have asked that it be changed immediately. These things are always proof read but mistakes always seem to slip through..... embarrasing indeed.
With regards to the terms and EZbonus system etc, thank you also for your comments. We do not try to make it complicated or confusing but as I said before we are trying to watch our backs and not make mistakes. We want our terms and conditions to be tight so as not to receive too much abuse and as I also said, if we feel that these are too tight after some trial and errors we can loosen them.
Once again, thank you, all of your suggestions, comments, ideas etc get noted by myself and then I take these onwards and upwards with me where they are taken into consideration. Please keep them coming!
