I want to add that I have received email with confirmation about the double charging. But the main thing that bothers me is that they are able to do it without my confirmation. AND that it should take 15 days for them more than 2 weeks to put them back! and also since the money was a payment to another company, They are now charging ME for not paying them in time!
It feels insecure to know that this could happen again. all my money every month is planned for. so when money is missing it stings and gets consequences.
Actually, consider yourself lucky it was only once.... for me an online casino took an unauthorized charge 5 times! (and I did not deposit that day, I was playing with a reversed cashout!),,, Different Casino also!
I learned then to use click2pay or a prepaid card... I relate all too well to all the money being accounted for each month. and money you depend on being there.. missing. This is why I learned the hard way to NOT use my bank debit card EVER with online casinos....
Also, I got the run around about a refund by the casino that burned me, in the end they "creditted my account" with "FREE CHIPS" and when I won there the FREE CHIPS came back and are still haunting me!
Good luck.. but personally I would never again give any casino online access to my bank debit/credit card info (unless of course Inetbet!)<<they have never burned me.
