Yup Bryan's absolutely right in that it is there way of combatting fraud rings taking advantage of the bonus. However, I had a chat with them in Amsterdam and where play isn't obviously potential bonus abuse, this 14 day period isn't always enforced. In fact I was lead to believe it is "up to 14 days" rather than a strict 14 days.

When it comes to "normal" cashouts, what actually happens is that the cashout is removed from the system around 24 hours after the request, then processed the day after that, so 48 hours again should be the maximum, although note their processing is done from Antigua so timezones may come into play a bit.
