Intertops withdrawal terms

Hey Gang

I made my first withdrawal yesterday at Intertops Casino, after all the good feedback they seem to get in regards to fast payouts etc. The cashier said Moneybookers payouts take up to 48 hours - cool!

My attention is then directed by the payouts team to the following rule:

3.9 As a new customer at Intertops.com, your very first withdrawal will be subject to a 14 day waiting period. This applies to customers once they have wagered. Customers may be asked to provide identification when requesting a payout.

The ID part is fine - but 14 days??? Is this for real?????

If I had made a credit card deposit, maybe I could understand their point of view, but I use Moneybookers and there is more security there than at JFK!!

Can anyone explain why this would be the case? It just seems silly to me - I assume you cant chargeback with moneybookers anyway and anyone who wanted to do something stupid like that would just wait the 14 days anyway until they got paid and THEN do it. Ive got more ID than a white house intern, so why the delay?

It certainly doesnt make me want to go back there again.
