I have a gut feeling that you will
eventually get paid, but it's going to take time. As it's been said before, it's taking forever to get payments to people in the USA, whether they are players, or affiliates. Most of the time, it isn't the casino's fault, it's the processors (bar a few rogue casinos) that are screwing things up.
