Their website has several T&C pages. Sky Kings seems to change which T&C they link to often:
-The T&C pictured in the thread above comes from the page
http://www.skykingscasino.com/promotions_tc.php and states "You may only cash out the bonus once the minimum wagering requirements have been met.". I believe the promotions page linked to this T&C last week.
-The promotions page now links to the T&C at
http://www.skykingscasino.com/bonus_...conditions.php
-I believe they had a 3rd T&C a few weeks ago, which more clearly stated the bonus was non-cashable, such as the T&C at
http://www.skykingscasino.com/terms_promo.php
If you change languages, the the linked T&C and bonus changes:
-The English page links to bonus_terms_and_conditions.php and lists the new bonus
-The German, Japanese, and Russian pages link to promotions_tc.php and list the old bonus
