Just wanted to throw in, that Eddieis not the only player like that out there. I understand as the casino manager that this is YOUR jod to deal with players like this. I just wanted to point out how certain players can be just as rogue as a casino, and with players like this there is a no win situation. The problem is when casinos start thinking that all customers are like this guy so they just blow them off or "group" them as the same. Casinos need to look at every situation seperatley.
