i cant figure it out ......do they want my money? ...bet they dont get any loyal customers ....wonder why?

As a new player if I don’t want the £50 sign up bonus ….when can I claim the £25. match bonus?

Because you are saying that I must deposit £50 first before I can claim the £25.monthly bonus?

What if I do not want to deposit £50? Am I then excluded from ever claiming the £25 monthly bonus?.

Thank you for your e-mail.

We have investigated your query and found that you have not received the
£25.00 monthly bonus at William Hill Casino because you have not yet claimed
the sign-up bonus. To be able to do that, you need to make a single chip
purchase of £50.00 or more in the downloaded casino. We will then
immediately match your purchase by crediting your account with an additional
£50 bonus and the following months you will be able to receive £25.00
monthly bonus in the downloaded casino.

so unless i deposit £50 in one go i will never be able to claim the £25.00 monthly bonus. ..plus i deposited £60 in one day but
because i did not transfer (or purchase as you call it ) from the sportsbook to the casino more than £50.00 yhen i still cant qualify for the bonus??????? its bizzare ...why do i have to deposit money and then purchase chips for the casino???? .............this sounds like bull to me ....just like your T&cs ..........liars .....liars .....bums on fire .....

Dear Mark,

Thank you for your e-mail.
As explained in our T&Cs because you have not yet claimed
the sign-up bonus of £50.00 you are not eligible to claim the £25.00 monthly bonus,
and yes you did make a deposit of £60,00 in one day but you did not make a single chip purchase of £50 or more to qualify for the new player bonus.
