Ummm.... except for betting on horse races. And, and uh... maybe fantasy football (players can win money and prizes I think?).... and uh.... most state lotteries allow players to buy their tickets within their state online. Excuse me Mr or Ms. Leslie Bryant ... but exactly where (in all that legal mumbo jumbo of whereases and wherefores) do those laws tell me :

"It is illegal for any and all U.S. citizens to gamble on slots, video poker, keno, bingo, and card games on the internet." ??
