I did receive an email from Prism support last night stating my WU withdrawal was approved and now I just have to wait 48-72 hours along with something about a government ID or Drivers License which shouldn't apply because I've already withdrew from there before. I haven't heard anything from Chris yet and I did send both an email and PM through here and also to the casino email. Its a shame I had to get the runaround this time because when I first started playing at Prism they were excellent to me and my first payout only took 6 business days to be approved.
