Unfortunately, my registered account does not seem to have an IBAN, although my others do. I cannot register another account, nor can I amend my current one with these numbers should I find them.
Neteller once suggested I sent them all my banking details by E-mail & THEY would fix it at their end

I don't see how that would be secure

and why they even thought of suggesting this to a customer in the first place given the increasing risk of account "hacking".
